Kill Everyone: Advanced Strategies for No-Limit Hold ‘Em Poker, Tournaments, and Sit-n-Gos: Revised and Expanded Edition – Lee Nelson, Tysen Streib & Kim Lee

As per the last review we looked at Kill Phil now we are going to look at Kill Everyone the next book in the series by Lee Nelson and his fellow collaborators [Tysen Streib and Kim Lee]. Just on a quick side note for those of you out there who don’t know Lee Nelson credentials he is a is a retired New Zealand doctor who is highly regarded in the Australian poker scene with is most notable win being the main event of the Crown Australian Poker Championship for AUD$1,295,800.

The book Kill Everyone deals with a wide range of ideas that are somewhat complex nature and are often backed up by mathematical explanations. Nelson discuss the idea of no-limit tournament play looking at both the early to late stages of a tournament and looking at both the small ball and long ball styles of poker play. For me one of the most enjoyable chapters was that written by Mark Vos on 6-max no-limit cash games which I found very insightful and interesting.

Overall Kill Everyone is a very knowledgeable book directed towards players of a medium/advance level with a word of warning reading Lee Nelsons’s previous book Kill Phil is a must before exploring the ideas in Kill Everyone.
